Hi! I’m Rebecca Potolsky, founder of Conscious Cart Consulting. My husband and I live in Westport, CT, with our two daughters, Emma and Eloise. Raised in Portland, OR, I grew up valuing health, wellness, and mindful living.

My journey into wellness began after college, inspired by my holistic upbringing and studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. While balancing a corporate career in digital advertising, I became a trusted resource for friends and family seeking practical wellness advice.

In 2016, my daughter Emma’s struggle with eczema sparked a deeper exploration into the connection between food, household products, and health. I discovered that small, intentional changes can create a healthier home and transform well-being.
